Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in Bangladesh, becoming the first female CXO in the industry. Previously served as Director of HR at BRAC International across 11 countries and as VP of Talent Management, Learning & Development at Robi Axiata Limited. Also held senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank. Specialized in sourcing, recruitment, talent development, HR transformation, and change management.
Riad Mahmud
Co-Founder, Skillhub
Distinguished HR professional with over 18 years of experience in corporate and factory environments, with expertise in the manufacturing industry. Currently CEO & Lead Consultant at AAA Future-Edge and Co-founder of 360D Soul Ltd. Former Head of HR at Zuellig Pharma Bangladesh Ltd. with leadership roles at Field Nation, JITA, Pro-edge Associates, and BURO Bangladesh. Skilled in KPI implementation, organizational restructuring, performance management, and leadership development. Holds an MBA and BBA from East West University and a PGDHRM qualification.
